ProSymmetry Adds Former Gartner Research Vice President Donna Fitzgerald as Chief Product Evangelist
CLEVELAND, August 19, 2020 (Newswire.com) – Former Gartner Research Vice President Donna Fitzgerald will join ProSymmetry this month in the role of Chief Evangelist. With over 30 years of experience in Resource Management, her previous roles include Program Manager at Oracle, Agile PPM Analyst at Cutter Consortium, Dev Center Manager at Resolute, and co-founder of the Resource Management consultancy firm NimblePM. Prior to these positions, Fitzgerald was a Silicon Valley-trained CFO, technical writer, co-author of the Agile Declaration of Interdependence, and board member of the Agile Project Leadership Network.
Despite the ongoing challenges posed by the COVID-19 pandemic, 2020 is proving to be another growth year for ProSymmetry. “Retention and growth across existing customers have been strong and we continue to add enterprise logos at a surprisingly fast pace with strength in financial services, biotech, medical device and semiconductor,” said ProSymmetry CEO Sean Pales. He went on to say, “Adding Donna Fitzgerald to the team is a huge win for us and for our clients. Donna brings an unparalleled level of expertise in the resource management space to our organization.”
Since 2019, Fitzgerald has been a writer, analyst, and keynote presenter for ProSymmetry. In her new role as Chief Evangelist, she will provide Tempus Resource customers with in-depth product support and guidance on resource management processes. Her passion for Resource Management, Fitzgerald explains, comes from experience. She has seen resource management as the critical factor in moving companies into a better position to succeed.
“I am delighted to have the opportunity to join Prosymmetry. Prosymmetry has found the sweet spot with their software because not only can companies use it to execute their strategy, but employees can use it to grow and develop their skills and their careers,” Fitzgerald says. “For me, resource management software is the equivalent of Archimedes level and Prosymmetry is the equivalent of my firm place to stand. I’m looking forward to seeing how much of the world of work we can transform in the coming years.”
Fitzgerald holds an MBA from California State University, Sacramento, and a BA in Economics from the University of California, Davis. She currently lives in Huntersville, North Carolina.
